Wendy is a dedicated and experienced therapist with more than 20 years of experience supporting children, families, and individuals through life’s challenges. In Maryland, she is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board Approved Supervisor. Her professional background includes direct clinical work, program development, and leadership in early childhood mental health and developmental services.

Wendy uses a family-centered, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming approach to help clients navigate developmental concerns, life transitions, stress, anxiety, and relational challenges. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their needs, build on their strengths, and experience meaningful growth.

With a strong foundation in clinical social work, Wendy provides individual, group, and family counseling, play therapy, and parent workshops and consultation. Her work emphasizes resilience, stronger communication, and sustainable coping strategies that support long-term well-being.

Wendy holds a Master of Social Services and a Master of Law and Social Policy from Bryn Mawr College. She is a Certified Circle of Security Facilitator and is currently working toward her Registered Play Therapist credential and AutPlay® certification.

Outside of her clinical work, Wendy enjoys hiking and kayaking with her family and volunteers with a local basset hound rescue. She has also had three basset hounds of her own.
